Advocate Moussa A. Khoury is the founding partner of MAKJURIS and has been practicing law since 1983.

In addition to his decade-long legal career in Paris, France, he established MAKLEGAL (Dubai), which operates under Hiba Maani Advocates and Legal Consultants — a licensed law firm in the United Arab Emirates.He specializes in civil, commercial, and corporate law.

Advocate Khoury also has deep expertise in telecommunications law and is an accredited arbitrator with ADCCAC.

For over fifteen years, he has served as legal counsel to various ministries in Lebanon.
